1.)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Apps/ Web-based/ Windows based application systems
  • Hardware and Networking suppor
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects/ tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in MS SQL, ASP.NET, AJAX, VB.NET, C# and Crystal Report and mobile apps on Android/iOS
  • Experience in vCenter, VMware, Acronis will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in computer and network hardware will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
  • Knowledge in Insurance and Accounting is preferred but not a must
  • 2 years or more relevant working experience is preferred
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred

Job duties
  • Managing and assigning WhatsApp and phone calls to responsible staff.
  • Answering inquiries on procedure of application, renewal, and amendment of policy by phone, email, and WhatsApp in polite and friendly manner.
  • Assisting customers to complete their transactions and following-up with customers on any outstanding document.
  • Handling clerical work and providing administrative support.
  • Greeting and directing walk-in customers to responsible staff.
  • Assisting in market research and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Working in Customer Relationship Department.
Education and skill requirements
  • Diploma, Associate Degree, Degree or above
  • Fluent communication skill in Cantonese is a must
  • Sense of responsibility, punctuality, self-discipline, and self-motivated
  • Have knowledge on the use of application and software, including WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
