Due to our rapid expansion, we are now seeking customer-centric person to join us and provide high quality
service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support immediate supervisor in delivering a high quality and professional insurance service,
    including quotation, application and claims service, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer enquiry by phone and face-to-face
  • Greet and welcome all walk-in customers
  • Handle the gift items redemption
  • Diploma in Business or above with 1 year customer service experience
  • Service-oriented and cheerful with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Customer-oriented, independent, good interpersonal, communication and complaint handling skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and service is an advantage
  • Qualified with IIQAS - Paper I and II is an advantage
  • Fluent Cantonese and English; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
